‘Tourism & Seasonality’ Workshop

Tourist congestion during peak seasons can have damaging consequences for the preservation of heritage sites and if not managed well can even destroy the heart of communities & the actual cherished attraction itself.  At the same time, ‘low seasons’ can see businesses, such as hotels and restaurants, having to close putting a huge economic strain
